Refund policy
By completing a purchase with Droxy, you accept the conditions described in this policy. This applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
Return Window
Return requests must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and unworn, returned in their original packaging with all tags still fastened. Any product showing wear, damage, or changes made to it will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return, email us with your order number and why you want to return the item. Once approved, we will email return shipping instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out to us right after delivery. We will investigate and offer a solution if your case meets our guidelines.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only processed for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for customers who simply changed their mind. All exchange requests must be emailed with your order number and a short explanation.
Restocking Fees
Droxy does not apply any restocking fees on returns we approve.
Refunds
After we receive and check your returned product, we will email you an update. If your refund is approved, the money will go back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 7 business days to process the funds. Items that do not follow our return rules may not get a refund.
Discounts and Promotions
All discount codes and special offers must be entered at checkout. We cannot refund any promotions that were missed, ignored, or have already expired.
